Day 5 and Day 6
Forgot to record day 5, so I’ll put day 5 and 6 in one post.
Day 5 was alright, did everything, muscles don’t feel soreness after waking up during the next day. Did a video record as well.
Day 6’s workout happened too late, because I had to attend a friend’s barbecue party. But still managed well.
Day 4
After a day 3’s terrible mistake, I’ve make it up by sort of punishing myself with 40 more push ups and 20 more sit ups. I know it sounds like nothing, but I’m still pretty weak in terms of muscle strength plus after losing all my stamina.
Well what I can say is, day 4 is fine and I’m happy with the progress.

Day 3
Failed. Accidentally slept after a long day of school. First mistake I guess :/ may the lesson be learnt.
Day 2
Body starts to ache, it’s a good sign showing the effort I put is working. However still can’t manage to get to bed early as possible. Day 3 fighting!
FUCK
Had a terrifying moment just now, realizing someone i know in real life added me in sina weibo, which i posted all my intimate and most secretive feelings post in chinese to it. BLACKLISTED her and changed all my information. FUCKING SCARED THE SHIT OUT OF ME! Hope she didnt get to see what i’ve written there, or else. Im forced to come out which i am not ready yet!
